I am inspired by watching the unfurling of flowers from their tightly compact buds through to full glory. Here I have tried to capture that glory emerging.
For this piece, I used different types of pigment and applied heat to manipulate and move the resin. I opted for a striking dark background overlaid with soft pinks, greens and turquoise to create an other-worldly floral effect.
